Forward Instinct Turns 10

Since 2016, Forward Instinct has been making games in AR/VR, as Live-Action-Role-Playing games, traditional games, and all kinds of other mediums.
A rotating cast of designers, artists, writers, musicians, and more have rotated in to work on these projects. Heck, we even made a documentary.

We take pride in making these ourselves, making them our way, and making them weird.

And while perhaps there isn't one unifying thing that makes a Forward Instinct game a Forward Instinct game...
Well, you'll have a pretty good idea of our house style once you see it.

"And so I'm at GDC, and I'm hanging out with some other concept artists, and everybody's talking about what they've worked on, and it comes around to me, and I blurt out: "Oh yeah, I worked on Midnight Ultra." And they're like, what? And this guy whips out his phone - I can't see what he's doing, but I know he's searching it - when his face lights up with a pink glow, and he says "Ohhh, this game.""
